She was predeceased by: her parents, Kermit John Richard and Ruth Fontenot Richard; her sister Mary Jacqueline Richard Pittman; and her nephew Kurtis John Richard. She is survived by: her husband Jessie Arabie; her siblings, Theresa Richard Myers, Marie Louise Richard Hardy of Jasper, Texas and Kermit J. "Bubba" Richard (Theresa); her adoptive son David Huber; and her sister-in-law Brenda Anne Arabie Landry. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Johnson Funeral Home (4321 Lake St, Lake Charles, LA 70605). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:15 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Margaret Catholic Church (2500 Enterprise Blvd, Lake Charles, LA 70601).
