She was predeceased by: her parents, Bathile Matt and Lennie Matt; the father of her children John Robert Gray; her former husband Bennie Billings; her sister Marene Fruge (Kern); her son-in-law Russell Aguillard; and her niece Pauline Johnson.
She is survived by: her husband John Robert Gray; her children, Keith Gray (Candy) and Jeanette Aguillard; her grandchildren, Chris Gray, Candace White, Neali Perkins (Keith), Garland DeRamus, Fred DeRamus (Amy), Chance DeRamus, Ryan James Aguillard and Lauren Brooke Aguillard (Fianceé-Joe White); her great grandchildren, Dawson Perkins, Kamden Perkins, Bryson Gray, Emma White, Addyson White, Ellie Kate DeRamus and Weston DeRamus; her great great grandchildren, Blakely Mae Guidry and Margaret James White; her niece Juanita "Tootie" Griffith; and also David Rose.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Johnson Funeral Home (4321 Lake St, Lake Charles, LA 70605). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Prien Memorial Park (2220 Country Club Rd, Lake Charles, LA 70605).
