He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Guy Cook and Mary Blanche Cook (Probst). He is survived by: his wife Mary Clydelle Cook (Morris); his children, Theresa Turner, Susan Cook, Steven Cook (Debbie), Mary Cook and Michael Cook; and his great grandchild Mason Jay Creel. He is also survived by other great grandchildren.
