He is survived by: his mother Ruby Smith Sowell; his siblings, Patrick Sowell of Vidalia, Melody of Vidalia, Clifford Sowell of Sacramento, CA and Connie Taylor of Ferriday; and his aunts and uncles, Merea Davis, Rose Smith, Sybil Smith, Helen Jackson, Irene Lewis, Mary Smith, Dorothy Lewis, Willie Smith, Calvin Smith, Jimmie Smith and James Louis.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Funeral Concordia Funeral Home (609 Alabama Ave, Ferriday, LA 71334).
