With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Loston Lee Joseph McEvers (Lake Charles, Louisiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 16, 2025 at the age of 86. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus McEvers and Evyone McEvers. He is survived by: his daughter Jocelyn Broussard (Travis); his grandchildren, Erica Richard (Tommy), Alex Broussard, Rudy and Joey McEvers; his great grandchildren, Tanner, Kylie, Blake, Olivia, Lawston, Locke, Cameron and Maggie; and his caregivers, Trudy, Patricia, Beverly, Janice and Betty. He is also survived by sisters, brothers-in-law, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
A rosary was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 6:00 PM. Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:45 AM.
