He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bellard and Lucille Fisher Bellard; his son Dennis Bellard; and his brothers, Ashton of Paul, Rodney and Calvin Bellard.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Jane Frederick Bellard; his children, Danny Bellard (Tammie), Kathy Bellard and Melanie Bellard Evans (Sam); his grandchildren, Reverand Nicholas Dupre, Heidi Dupre, Scott Stollsteimer, Tylor Bellard, Logan Kuehn and Gabrielle Kuehn; his brothers, Harry Bellard (Ruby) and Ronald Bellard (Roma); and his close friend Bertha Quebedeaux. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Mr. Bellard's memory to Tunnels to Towers or the Wounded Warrior Project.
