He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Roberts and Della Dugas Brown; his stepfather Ivy "Blue" Brown; his brother Curley Davis; and his grandparents, Bertha, Desire Dugas, Dora Mae and Frank Roberts.
He is survived by: his significant other Flora Mae Charles; his daughters, La Koshia Reconda Roberts and Flozelle Calandra Roberts; his uncle Martin Dugas (Elvenia); and his sister-in-law Eva Davis.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church (119 N Bank St, Lake Charles, LA 70601). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
