She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert LeDay and Ida Fontenot; her son Darrell Lee Cullivan; her grandsons, Hilton Freeman, Jr. and Logan Cullivan; and her siblings, Stella Freeman, Essie Mae LeDay, Louanna Ben, Elsie Williams, Dora Tezeno, Carrie Dixon, Priscilla LeDay, Milton LeDay and Donald LeDay.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Washington (Daryl), Pamela Bernard (Clark), David Cullivan (Tanya) and Lee Arthur Cullivan (Stacy); her godchildren, Deshia Senegal, Master and Chefon "Drez" Clark; her siblings, Mildred Clark (Gilbert), Maudry Porter, Nella Louise Alfred, Jr. (Alvin), Delores Tezeno, Sandra LeDay (Terron), Valarie Larvadain (Gary), Dalvin Tezeno (Alice), Hershel LeDay, Phillip LeDay (Lisa), Dalbert LeDay (Joyce), Lee Eric LeDay (Ethel) and Ruschel LeDay (Lisa); and her in-laws, Rev. J. T. Collins, Wilda Campbell, Calton Frank (Mary), Milton Frank (Carrielee), Davis Green (Marsha) and Johnny Green (Dolores). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
