He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Abrahams and May Elfert Abrahams; and his great grandchild Jase Warren Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Sondra Aleshire Abrahams; his children, Melanie Lanthier (Greg) of Carlyss, Jeffery Abrahams (Esther) of Lake Charles and Karen Wirstrom (Ashoka Wagner) of Lake Charles; his brother Albert "Bert" Abrahams of Fort Worth; his grandchildren, Aaron Lanthier (Bri), Tabitha Hicks (John), Thomas, Christopher Abrahams, Nelson and Harrison Wirstrom; and his great grandchildren, Reed, Luke, Vera, Mable and Helen Hicks.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations in his name to the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Lake Charles.
