He was predeceased by: his wife Sarah Mungia Gomez; and his brothers, Lupe and Joe Gomez. He is survived by: his children, Mary Kay Tucker (Tony) of Lake Charles and JJ Gomez (Ashley) of Dallas, Texas; his grandchildren, Anthony Tucker (Anne), Joseph Tucker (Katie), Ariane Tucker, Scout Gomez and Harper Gomez; his great grandchildren, Taylor Tucker, Jaxyn Tucker, Maelani Grant, Levi, Declan Tucker, Mia Marie Tucker, Chassi and Malachi Ballard; and his brother Roger Gomez (Janie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
