She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cinquemano and Lucy Cinquemano; her husband Bob Butler; her daughter Amy Ratliff; her grandson Christopher Ratliff; her sisters, Frances St. George (Anthony) and Vicki Carroll (Bobby Carroll); her nephew Bryce; her brothers, Larry and Joe Cinquemano; and her sister-in-law Wanda Cinquemano.
She is survived by: her children, Sue Castor (Mike), John Butler and Anthony Butler (Dawn); her brother Anthony Cinquemano; and her sister-in-law Karen Cinquemano. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
