He was predeceased by: his wife Ora Lee John Ney; his sons, Mike Delon and Lynn Delon; his parents, Raymond Charles and Mary Smith Ney; and his siblings, Harold Ney, Robert Ney, James Ney, Eva Ney Marcantel and Dorothy Ney Manena.
He is survived by: his children, John Robert Ney (Rhonda) of Moss Bluff, Richard Keith Delon (Lynne), Pamela Delon Shields (David) of Westlake, Carolyn Paris (Tom) of Spangle, WA and Sandy Ford (Cliff) of Lindale, TX; and his sister Margery Ney Nelson of Deridder. He is also survived by grandchildren, Christian and Cameron Ney, Siera Hobbs Parks, Cherie and Danielle Delon, Matthew and Amanda Shields, Gerald Kershaw, Kristee Montou, Tami Cornay, Michelle Delon Goodman, Tara Delon Polston, Rachelle and Myka Delon, Jeremy Howard, Ricky Westbrook, Kevin Kuhen, Kellie Rachell and Cliff Ford; numerous great-grandchildren.
