He is survived by: his wife Marie Fruge Thames of Lake Charles; his daughters, Phoebe Qualls (Phil) of Sulphur and Tiffaney Maggio (Sammy) of Moss Bluff; his siblings, Janice Coats (Michael) of Apex, NC, Diane Haddock (David) of Orangeburg, SC, Debra Lee (Charles) of Charleston, SC, Gina Legate (Christopher) of Marietta, GA, Robin Mixon (Gary) of Sumter, SC and Gary Thames of Myrtle Beach, SC; and his grandchildren, Hunter Qualls (Alexa), Carter Qualls (Hannah), Sadie Pickett (Edward), Seth Maggio (Abbie) and Sarah Maggio. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
