He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Floyd and Alberteen Baird Murray; and his sisters, Barbara Brady and Beverly Edwards. He is survived by: his wife Carole Maxine Breaux Murray; his sister-in-law Sybil Richard; and his nieces and nephews, Clay "Sparky" Sparks (Becky), Keith Edwards, Patrick Edwards, Joey Breaux, Keith Breaux (Becky), Steven Richard (Tiffany), Mike Breaux (Linda), Kevin Breaux (Kelly), Paula Robles, Shirley Fruge (Wayne), Sharen Miller (Pat), Christine Breaux and Mary D. Breaux.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lakeside Funeral Home (340 E Prien Lake Rd, Lake Charles, LA 70601). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
