She was predeceased by: her father Charles T. Woods; her sister Dannia S. Woods; and her nephew Oshae Doffney. She is survived by: her mother Ellaweena Godfrey Woods; her husband Charles Jones; her children, Kigailie Woods (Tyrone Riggs II), D'Hasia Clark, Ha'Lie Reed, Jones and Hollun Reed; her brother Verone A. Thomas (Debra); her grandchildren, Kairo McDonald, Tazayad Yasharahla and Karsyn Reed; and her godparents, Janet Woods and Alfred Woods. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Living Word Christian Center (1639 Ryan St, Lake Charles, LA 70601). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
