She was predeceased by: her parents, Yourick Lafleur, Sr. and Loniece Bias Lafleur; her husband Kenny Jack Sr.; her son Kenny Jack, Jr.; her siblings, Shirley Mae O'Neal, Helen O'Neal, Perkin, Leroy, Bobby and Yourick Lafluer; and her great grandchild Kyla Green.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Ann Jack of Douglasville, GA, Willie James and Walter Lee Jack of Lake Charles, LA; her godchildren, Mary Jack of New Orleans, LA and Orlando Jack of Ville Platte, LA; her grandchildren, Kendrick, Kendra, Jeremy, Jerika, Kenny A., Mary, Nicholas and Faith; and her siblings, Mary Celestine of Lake Charles, Willie R. Lafleur of Lake Charles and Ranard Lafleur of Lake Charles. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren.
