He was predeceased by: his father Frank Ross; and his siblings, Doris Bell, Fred Fontenot, Rifford Thomas and Patricia Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Green Ross; his children, Keisha Ross Barnett (Richard) and Tionne Cross (Camellia); his mother Beatrice Fontenot Senegal; and his brothers, Garland O'nora (Linda), Ricky Thomas Sr. and Randy Thomas. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, one great grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mt Calvary Baptist Church (300 N Blake St, Lake Charles, LA 70601). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
