Herman Green Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 21, 2025, at the age of 90, Herman Green of Lake Charles, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Herman departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Herman may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Herman leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Green and Beulah Green of Lake Charles, Louisiana.; and his siblings, Beretta Joubert of Lake Charles and Sonny Green of Buffalo. He is survived by: his children, Manuel Morais (Katie) of Palestine, George Green (Beverly), Darrell Green, John Green, Carmen Green and Karen Green.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Combre Funeral Home (1200 Mill St, Lake Charles, LA 70601).
