He was predeceased by: his wife Velma D. Fontenot; and his parents, Arthur Fontenot and Mary Fontenot. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Fontenot (Chris) of Madisonville, LA, Michael Fontenot of Florida and Jackie Blank (JC) of Lake Charles; his sisters, Lois Douget of Lake Charles and Bette Cortez of Lake Charles; and his grandchildren, Marie, Emily, David (Brook) and Douglas (Kim). He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
