He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Lavine of Lake Charles, LA; his children, George Sr. Landry (Queena) of Kansas City and Ericka Stevens (Herb) of Lake Charles, LA; his grandchildren, Gerando Poullard, Nikolas Landry, Xavier Williams, Kendyn Landry, Aubrielle Landry, Haleigh Stevens, Haiden Stevens and Eric Sam Jr.; his godchildren, Octavia Lavine and Deztinee Francis; his siblings, Lee Lavine, Michael Lavine, Ricky Lavine, Adam Lavine, Geneva Levine, Mary Lavine, Joanne Ellis, Linda Lavine and Denise Lavine; his siblings-in-law, Michelle Trudell (Larry) of Oakdale, LA and Cliff Miles of Eureka; and his close friend Glen Nash. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
