It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Freida L. Waller of Lake Charles, Louisiana, who passed away on September 15, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Hempel and Elizabeth Hempel; her husband Charles E. Waller; and her daughters-in-law, Ronda Waller and Christine Waller.

She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Waller, James Waller, Jessie Waller (Dena), Ray Waller and Phillip Shell (Katie); and her brother Richard Hempel. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
