He is survived by: his wife Nell Solano; his children, Ferrell Solano Jr. (Jeane) and Cherie McQuaig; and his grandchildren, Trace McQuaig (Alicia), Chris Packwood (Carmen) and Hope Solano.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles (3001 Ryan St, Lake Charles, LA 70601). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
