He is survived by: his father James "Jim" Franklin Quayhagen; his children, Johnette "JJ" Quayhagen Shepherd (Alan), Maci Kai Quayhagen (Trevor), Mallory Elizabeth Berryman, Joshua Eric Quayhagen (Morgan) and Elijah Bedell Quayhagen; his grandchildren, Ava, Lonnie, Emma, Wyatt, Kara, Masyn, Julianna, Kaci, Kyli and Kena; and his siblings, James "Tuffy" Quayhagen (Shelly), Jeffery "Jeff" Quayhagen (Alma), Tori Allen (Jeffery), Julie Cotton (Kelly) and Amanda Veuleman (Greg).
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Waters Edge Gathering (2760 Power Center Pkwy, Lake Charles, LA 70607). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
