She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurine Menear and Frank Menear; her husband Earl Lee Duhon, Sr.; her sister Rebecca England; and her grandson Joseph Turner.
She is survived by: her children, Leanne Phillips (Steve), Lorraine Gayle Duhon, Laura Jeanne Walles (Bert) and Earl Lee Duhon, Jr. (Rhonda); her grandsons, Joshua Seymour, James Parsley, Timothy Turner and Charles Turner; her sisters, Marilyn Wright and Carole Comeaux; her pet Pippi; and her sister Becky. She is also survived by her 7 great-grandchildren.
Doris was well known for her charity work with the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Baptist Hospital in Beaumont.
