It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Hernandez of Lake Charles, Louisiana, who passed away on March 10, 2025, at the age of 18, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Jose Francisco Hernandez and Angelica Mendez; and his siblings, Isabel Perez, Sensei Hernandez, Fransico J. Hernandez, Angel H. Hernandez and Misael Hernandez. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Lakeside Funeral Home (340 E Prien Lake Rd, Lake Charles, LA 70601). A rosary was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Lady Queen of Heaven Church (617 W Claude St, Lake Charles, LA 70605).
