He is survived by: his parents, Jose Francisco Hernandez and Angelica Mendez; and his siblings, Isabel Perez, Sensei Hernandez, Fransico J. Hernandez, Angel H. Hernandez and Misael Hernandez. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
