He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Marceaux and Loretta Peyron Marceaux; his wife Helena; his son Dallas J Marceaux Jr.; his siblings, Loveless, Ellis, Louis, Easton, Junius, Maylan Marceaux and Irene Harrington; and his granddaughter Chrysti Watkins.
He is survived by: his children, David Marceaux and Janice Weeks; his brother Ulyless Marceaux (Betty); his grandchildren, Joshua, Jeremy, Haley, Michelle, Michael, Christina, Kevin, Kayla and Cody; and his great grandchildren, Josh II, Samantha, Dayton, Cooper, Colton, Dylan, Brenden, Taylor, Makenzie, Rylee, Alex, Emily, Christopher and Thylor. He is also survived by numerous great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Lilies. A memorial service was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
