He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Moise Boudreaux and Louise Gary Boudreaux; and his sister Anita Lavergne. He is survived by: his wife Linda Gauthreaux Boudreaux of Lake Charles; his children, Kasey Boudreaux of Youngsville, LA and Kristen Boudreaux (James Mello Jr.) of Lake Charles; his grandchild Kamila Laughlin of Lake Charles; his sister Barbara Boudreaux of Warrenton, VA; and his brothers-in-law, Daniel Lavergne of Lake Charles and David Gauthreaux (Daphne) of Lake Charles. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
