It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Constance Houk (Lake Charles, Louisiana), born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on August 16, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Robert Herschell McDowell, Jr.; and her brothers, Carl Lucy and Eugene Lucy. She is survived by: her daughter Judy Ann McCleary of Lake Charles; her grandchild Benjamin Allen Tuety (Suzi) of Katy, TX; and her great grandchildren, Kalen Frances Tuety and Jace Robert Tuety.
