He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Lewis Deshotel; his wife Stephanie Sias Deshotel; his son Russell Craig Deshotel (Candace); his stepson Mark Cook (Brandi); his brother Robert L. Deshotel; and his grandchildren, Jamani Deshotel, Russell C. "Pop" Deshotel Jr., Cailyn, Carlin Deshotel, Ma'Laiya, M'Khyia, Mijah and Maddyn Cook. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
