He is survived by: his wife Yukki Thompson Lewis; his children, Jannika Lewis, Morgan Leday, Orlando Moten, Devon Curtis Lewis and Joshua Leday; his siblings, Norma Pearl Arbuthernot, Pamela Ware, Darlene Lewis Williams, Paulette Samuel, Gaylord McMarrion (Sue), Abel Ware, Kenny Ware, Gregory Lewis and Willie Ray Walker (Juanita); and his grandchildren, Kaitlin, Brookelin, Kelan Moten, Marcellus and Tianna Lewis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
