She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezora Mae Schexnider and Wavel J. Hanks. She is survived by: her children, Roxanne Harrington (Lennis Cormier), Shannon Credeur (Jeffrey), Becky Lyons, Lynn Freeman Lyons III (Chandra), John Michael Chauvin (Gretchen), Norma Jean Sovereign and Norman Joseph Chauvin Jr. (Paula); her sister Sammie Guillory; her husband Norman Joseph Chauvin Sr.; her daughter Mary Ellen Bogan; her grandchildren, Draik Allan Cormier, Nicholas Bryon Caskey and Micah Ariel Sovereign; and her stepson James Chauvin. She is also survived by grandchildren, fourteen; great grandchildren.
