He was predeceased by: his parents, Lannye Breaux and Amy Breaux; his former wife Dorothy Lee Lormand-Breaux; his wife Gertrude Chaisson; his son Randy J. Breaux; and his sisters, Lessie Adams and Bessie Breaux-Fontenot.
He is survived by: his children, Elaine (Michael Broussard), Lionell (Mendy Breaux), Lydell Breaux of Gainesboro, TN and Twila (Kenneth McFarland); his sisters, Elsie Breaux of Lake Charles, LA and Ada Aguillard of Grand Lake, LA.; and his great grandchildren, Micah Gardner, Kameryn Gardemal, David Breaux, Laura Breaux Stoker, Julie McFarland, Michael McFarland, Cheria Breaux, Aaron Breaux, Darren Breaux, Joy Breaux Gardner, Heidi Smith and Tabitha Smith.
