She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Cuvillier and Ida Duhon Cuvillier of Lake Arthur, LA.; her husband Ovie Ray Reeves Sr.; her son Dale Fruge; her siblings, Elsie Landry and Homer Cuvillier; her grandchildren, Sarah Spears, Johnette Fruge, Aaron Fruge and Homer Reeves; and her great grandchild Michael Shelton.
She is survived by: her children, Mary "Liz" Reeves of Ragley, LA, Jan Willis (Joe) of Moss Bluff, LA, Robert Reeves (Leah Cain), Ovie "Kitchie" Reeves (Candy Jeter) of Topsy, LA and Patty Reeves of Kinder; and her sister Ida Mae Doyle of Lake Arthur, LA.. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren.
