He is survived by: his wife Heather Guidry of Jennings; his children, Anna Guidry, Ryan Guidry of Wisconsin, Caleb Guidry of Jennings and Alex Fontenot of Welsh; his sisters, Julie Guidry and Crystal Donnell; his grandchild Bjorn Guidry; and his brother-in-law Tony Duhon.
