We bid farewell to Linda O'Brien (Lake Arthur, Louisiana), born in Opelousas, Louisiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 27, 2024 at the age of 73. Linda touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertha Guidroz and Esdras Guidroz; and her sister Versie Byars. She is survived by: her husband George Joseph O'Brien; her daughters, Heather High (Gary) and Erin O'Brien; her sister Mildred Edmond; her grandchildren, Gabriel O'Brien, Mason High and Paige Stracener; and her pets, Bella and Beau.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests books be donated in her memory to Lake Arthur Elementary School, as she was an avid reader and lover of a good book.
