With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Judy Scherer Dyson of Lake Arthur, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 2, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clint Scherer and Jeanie Stouffer Scherer; and her daughter Brandy Dyson. She is survived by: her husband Adley Dyson, Sr.; her children, Junita Copeland (Chris), Teasha Willliams, Maranda Brown, Coutney Williams, Adley Dyson Jr. (Gwen), Clarence Dyson, III (Trisha) and Johnny Onellion (Sushanna); her foster son David Michaloupi; her cousins, Jackie, Donna, Margaret and Kenny; and her close friends, Rosie and Karen.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (714 3rd St, Lake Arthur, LA 70549). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
