He is survived by: his sons, Randy Hebert (Cynthia) of Baker, LA, Kelly Hebert of Gueydan, LA and Kenny Hebert of Lake Arthur, LA; his grandchildren, Jared Hebert, Derek Hebert (Danielle), Kristian Hebert, Blake Hebert (Christina), Cason Hebert, Halie Hebert and Sarah Thibodeaux; his great grandchildren, Jase Hebert, Deklyn Hebert and Sadie Jane Hebert; his sisters, Jean Benoit, Lorena Fontenot, Emily Futrell, Velma Poole and Jessie Lou Fontenot; his aunt Elda Hebert; and his great grandchild Oakley Mae Guidry.
