He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas David (David) and Evelyn Dugas David; and his brother Calise David. He is survived by: his sisters, June Douget (Nathan), Annie Duplechin and Ruth Linscombe (Greg). He is also survived by 5 nieces and 4 nephews.
