He was predeceased by: his parent Donald John Calzada; and his sibling Donald J. Calzada, Jr.. He is survived by: his spouse Cheryl; his parent Freida Zintz Calzada; his children, Chauncy LaFlamme (Todd), Stephen Calzada, Jr., Kristi Calzada, Jason Bourgeois and Ryan Bourgeois (Jessica); and his siblings, Sara Fernandez (Louis) and Jill Antill (Jake). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and his canine companion.
