She is survived by: her son Floyd Joseph Adam (Deborah Kim); her granddaughters, Misty Marie Lepine, Michelle Marie Girouard (Justin) and Emma Rebecca Miller (John); her great grandchildren, Madeline Marie Girouard and Annalise Delaney Girouard; and her siblings, Ruphus Boutte (late Betty), Russell J. Boutte, Sr. (Margie) and LeAllen J. Boutte (Bonnie). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
