She is survived by: her mother Betty Washington; her children, Dontrayvien, Makayla and Jazyra; her grandson Karlon; her stepfather Burt Celestine, Sr.; her godfather Sterling Colomb; her siblings, Jakarra (Burt, Jr.), Elliot, Travis and Jacoby (Andrea); her godchildren, Armani, Burtrice, Mason and Jamyralin; her nieces and nephews, Jamyralin, Deneyah, Jalanna, Karria, Burtrice, Brianca, Brianna, Kiersten, Tyreonna, Armani, Janyla, Jailee, Kaley, Rhylan, Jacoby Jr. and Elliot Jr.; her aunts, Sherlene, Cynthia, Rosalyn, Regina and Claudia; and her uncle Steven. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Syrie Funeral Home (1417 E Simcoe St, Lafayette, LA 70501). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Cemetery (818 12th St, Lafayette, LA 70501).
