She is survived by: her daughters, Aileen Eugene (Dalfred) of Lafayette, Leslie Alexander (Donald) of Breaux Bridge, Leah Williams of Denham Springs and Sue Bruno; her stepsons, Gerald Joubert and Kenneth Charles; her grandchildren, Ashley, Andrea', Damien Joubert, Denise Wiley (Martin), Victoria, Valencia, A'Leah, Tillie, Willie Williams, Henrietta, Kenneth, Kelly Newton, Tanya Mitchell, Thai, Bria Cluse, Damien Joubert Jr., Chloe Jackson, Ava Thomas, Erin, Jordan Joubert, Chase Wiley, Harlie Joubert and Bryan Richard; her sisters, Brenda Thomas (John), Paula Trailer (Willie) and Jessica Parker; and her godchildren, Davy Brown, David Leday, Jeanette Charles, Valerie Taylor and Valencia S. Williams. She is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 8:00 AM at the Covenant Church (316 Portlock St, Lafayette, LA 70501). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at the Covenant Cemetery.
