We are sad to announce that on November 24, 2024, at the age of 65, Rose Mildred Dove of Lafayette, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Rose Mildred shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Rose Mildred farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Dove, Sr. and Earline Jackson Dove; her children, John Eglé, Jr. and Amiee Lynn Eglé; and her brother Jason Dove.
She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Eglé and Lauren Eglé; her son-in-law James O'Brien; and her grandchildren, Caroline Ward and Cameron Ward.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chauvin Funeral Home (5899 LA-311, Houma, LA 70360). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
