He is survived by: his wife Candace Cross Greene of Lafayette; his children, Jeffrey Greene of Lafayette, Robert Greene of Lafayette, Brad Hardy (Anna) of Conroe, TX, Blake Hardy of Lafayette, Meagan Hannen (Scott) of Lafayette, Shelley Greene and Sarah Greene of Lafayette; his grandchildren, Grady, Avery Greene, Gavin, Kate, Sofia, Landon Hardy, William, Elliot, Clara Hannen, Julian and Hannah Greene; his sister Doris Herrmann (John) of League City, TX; and his brother-in-law Charlie Cross (Marti) of Wild Rose, WI. He is also survived by numerous nephews and cousins.
