He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Thibodeaux of Broussard; his son Michell Thibodeaux (Letha) of Lake Charles; his stepson David Johnson (Monica) of Marrero; his grandchildren, Megan Thibodeaux, Michell Thibodeaux, Jr., Andrew Thibodeaux and James Johnson; and his siblings, Etheleen Thibodeaux and Lynn Thibodeaux. He is also survived by his numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Frioux-David Funeral Home of Lafayette (316 Youngsville Hwy, Lafayette, LA 70508). A rosary was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Broussard (200 W Main St, Broussard, LA 70518).
