With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mathilda Knight Gotch (Lafayette, Louisiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 26, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Knight and Mildred Hawkins; her grandparents, Fernest Newis and Alice Newis; her sons, Ronald Gotch, Sr., Grady Gotch and Leonard Gotch; her son-in-law Andy Hanchar; her grandson Ronald Gotch, Jr. (Mice); and her great grandchild Kylen Broussard.
She is survived by: her children, Arnold Gotch, Donald Ray Gotch (Lannette), Vanessa McZeal (Nathan), Deborah Gotch, Derrick Gotch and Johnathan Knight; and her daughters-in-law, Octavia Gotch and Serena Gotch. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
