He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Marie and Sidney John Frederick Sr.; and his siblings, Douglas Marcel Frederick, Sidney John Frederick Jr. and Barbara F. Beadle.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Frederick of Lafayette; his son Patrick Frederick (Christine) of Flagler Beach, FL; his sisters, Yvonne Baudoin of Lake Martin and Shirley Delhomme (Willis) of Breaux Bridge; and his grandchildren, Taylor White, Mitchell Sanford and Novalyn Sanford.
