He is survived by: his wife Điều Xuân Mai of Lafayette, LA; his children, Toại Trí Lâm of Broussard, LA, Giao Quỳnh Lâm (Mike Huỳnh) of Rosharon, TX, Mai Lâm Matsuoka (Eric Matsuoka) of Tigard, OR, Nguyên Trí Lâm of Brooklyn, NY and Như Quỳnh Lâm of Pearland, TX; his sister Ly Xuân Lâm of Hà Tiên, Vietnam; and his grandchildren, Olive Thu Huynh, Nikko Kazushi Matsuoka and Reina Mei Matsuoka. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fountain Memorial Funeral Home (1010 Pandora St, Lafayette, LA 70506). A procession was held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
