She was predeceased by: her husband Francis "Frank" Ackermann; her parents, John Cacamo and Josephine Cacamo; and her siblings, John Cacamo, Blaise Cacamo, Paul Cacamo, Rosemary Illg and Marie Manich.

She is survived by: her sons, David Ackermann (Amanda Murray) of Lafayette and Michael Ackermann (Melissa) of Seattle, WA; and her grandson Douglass Ackermann. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
