She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Dixon Sr. and Mary Dixon Jolivette; her husband Chester Broussard; and her siblings, Angelina Dixon, Willa Mae Dixon, Rose Mary Mouton and Edward Dixon Jr..

She is survived by: her daughters, Joanna Dixon, Sarah Dixon, Anna Dixon and Delores Senegal; and her siblings, Anna Marie Dixon, Mary Erma Broussard, Patricia Bell, Madeline Dixon and Joseph Ernest Dixon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
